This island has a low mountain and a village and a huge junkyard with a forest at the edge of the junkyard. This island is mostly a rural farmland. It is unknown how many villages are here or how many people live here. Goa Kingdom covers the entire island.

It was simple and peaceful until the Arlong Pirates took over, setting many strict and harsh rules. For example, in order to live, adults had to pay Beli 100,000 and children Beli 50,000 each month. From there, Arlong and his crew built up their forces in order to take over all of East Blue, bribing corrupt Marine officials like Nezumi so that no attention was paid to them.

Loguetown

Loguetown is a city on the Polestar Islands in East Blue, with the city covering nearly the entire island it is on, save for a few steep hills.
Almost all ships, especially pirate ships, pass through to stock up on supplies for the Grand Line since Loguetown is in a convenient location very close to Reverse Mountain, just out of sight of the Red Line. Roger was born and executed in this town and the location where he was executed has become a popular tourist spot.

Lvneel Kingdom

Lvneel Kingdom refers to a kingdom in the North Blue. This is where Montblanc Noland was born and where he was executed. This is also Montblanc Cricket's ancestral home. It is unknown if Lvneel was an affiliate of the World Government, as the king stated he had to request Mariejois for permission first before entering the Grand Line. It appeared to have rolling green hills with buildings that resembled a northern European style of architecture.

Baterilla

Baterilla is an island in South Blue. It was said that Gol D. Roger was acting less like a pirate and more like a father while on the island and the World Government searched the island for any signs of his child. Portgas D. Rouge lived here and gave birth to the infant that she would name "Gol D. Ace" after sustaining him in her womb for twenty months to protect the child from the Marines and government officials. After giving birth to Ace, she died from the extended pregnancy.

Rusukaina

Rusukaina is an island in the Calm Belt that is to the northwest of Amazon Lily. It is a harsh island that has forty eight seasons with the season changing weekly.
There are several different species of dangerous animals on it. Boa openly stated that the island is dangerous even by Kuja standards. A country supposedly used to exist on this island, but its people could not survive against the extreme environment and died out.

Marineford

Marineford was the island of the Marine Headquarters. The city surrounding Marine HQ was inhabited by the families of Marine soldiers. It is situated near the Sabaody Archipelago, and laid directly next to Mariejois on the Red Line. The only safe way to reach Marineford is through the Gates of Justice.

The Cactus Island is an island with several cactus-shaped mountains, with the "spikes" being tombstones. These mountains were never fully explored, so it is unknown how one can climb these mountains, if at all. This is one of the first islands reached in the Grand Line.

Alabasta is an established kingdom with a long history. It is located on Sandy Island; roughly half-way through the first part of the Grand Line. Sandy Island is a Summer Island. It is arguably one of the largest islands the Straw Hats have visited in the Grand Line, containing several cities and towns and a massive river.

Water 7

Water 7 is a city known for its shipwrights. Once, Water 7 had seven docks, each were large dry docks used for building ships. Each one was run by a different company. Iceburg united all 7 docks into one company, named Galley-La Company. Ever since the docks have worked as one, each taking orders and building ships as part of the same group, however Dock One is known for having the best shipwrights and building the best ships.

Enies Lobby

Enies Lobby, also known as The Judicial Island, was a government-controlled stronghold in the Grand Line together with the Marine Headquarters and Impel Down. Enies Lobby is located on an island referred to as both the "afternoon island" and the "never-night island". Enies Lobby leads to Impel Down and the Marine Headquarters directly. Because of this, there are many government agents stationed here, roughly 10,000 men, a mix of those from both the World Government and the Marines. The island also has a courthouse, which makes it easy to transfer high-level criminals through Enies Lobby and directly into Impel Down, or to the Marine HQ.

Sabaody Archipelago

Sabaody Archipelago is an area close to the Red Line. Though it is called an archipelago, it is actually a massive mangrove forest growing out from the middle of the ocean with each tree of the forest serving as an "island" for which people live on. Since it is just a group of trees and not an island like those found in the Grand Line, it has no magnetic pull for which to affect a Log Pose. Due to the place being in close proximity to the part of the Red Line bordering the first half of the Grand Line and the New World, it is a highly visited rest stop for all sorts of travelers to prepare before entering the New World.

Dressrosa

Dressrosa is a luxurious island with palm trees, a pool, and a large Spanish-styled castle with a mixed appearance of a wealthy mansion. The port town called Acacia, Dressrosa is connected to Green Bit by an iron bridge. The presence of the Fighting Fish has forced the bridge to be closed for 200 years

Foodvalten was one of the many islands protected by Whitebeard, with his Jolly Roger hanging over the town entrance to prove it. The Brownbeard Pirates attacked soon after, claiming control of the island while slashing Whitebeard's flag in half. Brownbeard then maintained control over the island.

Whole Cake Island

The Whole Cake Island is an island in the New World. The island owes its name to its resemblance to frosted cakes, and the buildings appear to be covered in what looks like icing. There are candle-like poles on the top the island that are lit on fire, making the island reminiscent of a birthday cake. The interiors of the buildings also look as if they are made of icing. The sky above the island is covered by unique purple and pink clouds.

The people in there have small wings on their backs, similar to the stereotypical angel which make them really unique, though no use has been revealed for them thus far. The daily life of sky people revolves around the use of Dials, which normally are not available in the Blue Sea.

Weatheria is an island floating in the sky. It appears to be floating on top of a large bubble, and it is notable for the study of weather conditions as well as tools that can create various conditions, such as the Wind Knot. The only resident whose name is known is Haredas.

Fishman Island

Fishman Island is the home of the fishmen and merfolk. It serves as an underwater gateway to the New World for those who do not wish (or are not legally permitted) to cross over the Red Line above. Though it is literally directly under the main seat of power of the World Government. It is also notoriously difficult to reach, with only 30% of the ships surviving the journey. It is encased in a giant bubble, allowing human visitors to breathe. For World Nobles, it is also one of the few places in the world where their ability to summon a Marine Admiral as they please is not so easy to accomplish.
